I have a Westie who is very hard for people to cut. They have done nothing but a great job on my dog. I don't think there is anybody else I would trust besides them. I know there has been people that use to work there that bad mouth them but that's because they don't work there anymore, and there are reasons for that. I saw 5 star to them . Terry

While haveing been with Wanda and Marylou for ten years and love them both. I can only say DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE FOR GROOMING!! I have seen several pets hit some repetedly by Wanda for misbehaving or biting. Most of the time this happend was because the pets best interest was not considered instead the owners was. I had the misfortune of working there for ten years. When there were pets that should have been just given a short cut but was not just to please the owners and for addisional proffit for the shop they would be brushed out. If you have never heard your pet scream from haveing its hair pulled out your lucky. When i would confront the owners and thier shop foreman to cut the pet down most of the time there would be a threat of job loss not to go ahead and brush it out. I have heard the screams of torture of pets in claws and paws. I am ashamed to have been there to have cared for money more than what was right for the pet.

the reason why steve left this kind of a response is because he was fired for trying to get the foremen bit. there were also several other reasons ,but that was the last straw!! he has been coming around asking for a job. he always came in drunk and verbally was disrespectful to the owners. the animals that come in to this shop are very well taken care of while they are there. all this was, was just simply a pay back tactic!!! he did't care about the animals at all. he's right he just wanted the money!! wanda is the best person to work for she has a heart of gold. there are alot of her employees that also have hearts of gold. remember how they always helped you, steve?? i do !!! i have seen how they helped you out!! Hope he can live with himself talking about marylou and wanda like he did!!

Please if you love your pets do not take them to Wanda and Mary Lou. At claws and Paws dog grooming. I have seen a lot of pets that were simply scared that misbehaved with Wanda that she ended up hitting some if not most several times. Throught the ten years I was with her there was a large amount of pets that should have been cut down simple haircut but for more money the customers were told [We can brush her,him out] most of the time we could. But for the unfortunt ones it was like tortoring the pets. I we, had to under threat of losing our job. Can and will prove the truth. Poligraghs dont lie. I will take one anytime will Wanda or Marylou or Thelma.? I THINK NOT!!!
